All my key workouts are done for the week. Anything else I do this weekend will be a bonus. The run was great, we only took one wrong turn! It is very hilly and it was hot today. Not really a good combo after yesterday's ride, but a great confidence booster. If I can run 15 today I know that come Nov. 23rd I should be able to run 26.2 flat and aide stationed out. Kathleen was great and carried extra water and gel for me. What is a suitable gift for the worlds best sherpa? I hope she understands that the runs only get longer from here!

Not quite like Bree's yellow brick road, but it is a great place to run. When it gets a bit cooler and the scrub oak starts changing I will go again and post some great pics! Well it's time to meet the kids at the bus stop, it's not the training that wears me out, it's the rest of the day that kills me! I need a nap!!

You will do so well at IMAZ. I love reading about your training...it seems like it is going great! Have you done IMAZ before? It really was a fun race, especially if you have friends/family because they can see you so many times.
No I have not done this one before. My husband and I will be racing but no spectators. Seeing how far ahead Larry is on the bike will give me incentive to run him down! Thanks for your support!
