Monday, Monday

I cannot believe it is Monday again! Where does the time fly to? This weekend I had one of those breakthrough rides. I rode with Larry and did not cry. He actually had to stop to pee more than me! That is a first in 12 yrs. The ride was tough, we had a lot of wind. It was chilly in the beginning but it warmed up nicely. The best part was I did not mind the wind. All of those super tough rides Kathleen and I have been doing are paying off! And I have 8 more weeks of training. I see great things happening this year!

Today is cold, and raining. It is going to be tough to get in the pool today. Where did the sunny and 80 degree days go? Gone with my weekend I guess! I am thinking of taking it easy this week and get my legs fresh. There is always a chance at Hardware at this race on Sunday. I said I was going to train trough it, use it as a hard workout. But then you start thinking how fun it is to race and go hard and get a top three finish. If the weather stays like this the decision will be easy! Happy training!!
