BRRRR...

Today is the first really cold day we have had. There was frost on the front yard until about 2pm, so you know it was cold. We have been blessed this year with great weather to train for this late of a race. So today I headed to the pool to swim 4000m, by myself. It was in one word BORING! But I got it done and actually felt like my stroke was getting better as the meters rolled by. Then I came home to ride the trainer. More BORING! But again I got it done. Tomorrow I am taking the day off and taking the kids to the museum to see the dinosaur exhibit. It has been here since September and we have yet to make it there. But tomorrow we will get it done!
