Back On the Saddle

So if I were training, which I am not, this would be my official start to Ironman training. Too bad I am not signed up for anything, all this good training is going to waste. Actually I am quickly getting Bikini ready! We have had record high temps here in Denver, 74 today. These are from yesterday. We rode 25miles on the mountain bikes and today we rode 30 on tri-bikes. Gotta love January in Colorado. But don't worry it will all come to a screeching halt as an Arctic cold front is coming our way. Just in time for me to hop on a plane heading to the Big Island. Yes we are heading to paradise in just one week. This winter has been pretty mild and days like we have had make it easier. Although going from 74 to below zero, back to 80 is going to be a shock to the system. Not that I am complaining mind you! Happy training! Cheers!
